If you can win after disastrous strategic actions like demonetization, sloppy implementation of GST, unemployment at its peak, contentious and corrupt defence deal, instigating divide in the country on religious basis, interfering in central institutions like RBI and CBI then you need a miracle. Alarming differences

Everyone has the right to a good standard of living. Food, clothes, shelter and access to healthcare facilities are the most fundamental things. However it is really a very sad state of affair that many people are struggling to get these basic things. The sad part is growing inequality of income and wealth over the period of time. The divide between the rich and the poor has increased a lot. The richest 1% in India owns more than 50% of the wealth and the richest 10% own more than 75% of the wealth. The bottom 60% of the population owns less than 5% of the wealth. This stark divide is causing resentment in the society and will not allow harmonious relationship in the country. Human beings are different from each other on number of aspects such as gender, race, religion, color, caste, sexual orientation, wealth they possess and the language they speak.  Over the last century there has been substantial change in the thought process of the human beings in embracing the differences amongst ourselves.
